We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared funds. Your delivery cost will be calculated on checkout. All our packages are fully insured and must be signed for upon receipt. When your items are shipped, you will be provided with an online tracking number. Please keep in mind that packages are insured until signed for at the delivery address, and we accept no liability for items signed for at work addresses or multi-occupancy houses. Your coins and bars will be delivered in sealed packages that are absent of branding, with our address even being replaced by our PO Box. To avoid your items being identified, the products will be tightly wrapped and evenly distributed throughout the parcel or box. Our delivery partner delivers as part of their Special Delivery service. This is typically delivered the next day, is tracked, and is a signed-for service. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be returned to your local Sorting Office for collection or re-delivery.
